roto-cured sheets are manufactured in thickness from 3 mm to 50
mm using Natural Rubber,SBR,Neoprene,EPDM or even blend of
different polymers depending on the end application.

in NR SBR,EPDM and polychloroprene. Vulcanized and unvulcanized
sheets are manufactured from high quality rubber compounds. Table
is given below on Vulcanized sheets,shows tensile strength,
elongation and tear resistances of these compounds.These rubber
sheets can be used for water proofing, packing sheets, insulation
sheets. Calandered sheets and para sheets are used for
manufacturing of gasket,protection sheets,insulation packing.
According to the polymer used these sheets will be
heat/acid/solvent resistant. Our manufacturing process in
compression moulding as well as calandering/roto-cure gives
accurate and consistent thickness through out the roll.With
in-house testing facility we offer consistent quality on
compounds.
Commercial GRade rubber sheets are available in standard
width of 1.2mtr and length of 10 mtr in thickness from 1 mm to 25
mm.
Water proofing sheets in EPDM are available in width of 1.5
mtr and length of 10 mtr in thickness from 0.7 mm to 1.5 mm.
