Rubber Sheets
We at pretread.com manufacture quality rubber sheets,
calandered rubber sheets, para sheets, vulcanized sheets,
roto-cured sheets in natural rubber sbr neoprene and epdm for
packing and gaskets.
Plain and textile inserted rubber sheets for packing and
protection are supplied to customer requirement in different
thickness. Sheets are press cured,autoclave vulcanized,
roto-cured or calandered for rubber sheets, para sheets,
vulcanized sheets, in natural rubber sbr neoprene and epdm for
packing and gaskets.

Our vulanised sheets and roto-cure sheets with and with out
insertions known as para sheets, vulcanized sheets, can be used
for gaskets packing and offer protection from acids, alkali, and
even from high abration. We use special polymer like Silicon,
Viton for heat resistant. Calandered sheets,and press moulded
sheets are manufactured in NR SBR,EPDM polychloroprene also for
packing and gasket.
Our quality assurance
Vulcanized and unvulcanized sheets are manufactured from high
quality rubber compounds. Table is given below on Vulcanized
sheets,shows tensile strength, elongation and tear resistances of
these compounds.With in-house testing facility we offer
consistent quality on compounds.
Sizes of rubber sheets manaufactured by us.
Commercial GRade rubber sheets are available in standard
width of 1.2mtr and length of 10 mtr in thickness from 1 mm to 25
mm.
Water proofing sheets in EPDM are available in width of 1.5
mtr and length of 10 mtr in thickness from 0.7 mm to 1.5 mm.
